These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Rokhal Marketing LLC ("Rokhal Marketing," "we," "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We design websites and set up marketing automation for trades businesses, such as missed-call text-back, review requests and quote follow-up, using third-party platforms including GoHighLevel. The specific services, fees and timeline for each client are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
2. Fees, billing and cancellation

3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business and review and approve content and message wording before it goes live.
- Have the rights to any logos, photos and content you give us.
- Messaging compliance. If we set up texting, calling or email tools for your business, you are responsible for getting and keeping any consent required from your contacts, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable laws and carrier rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements. We can help set up opt-in and opt-out language, but we do not provide legal advice.
4. No guarantee of results
We work to build effective websites and automations, but we do not guarantee specific results, such as search rankings, number of leads, calls, reviews or revenue. Search engines and third-party platforms are outside our control.
5. Our commitment

6. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party tools (for example GoHighLevel, hosting providers, domain registrars and carriers). Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes or policies.
7. Ownership

8. Website use

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rokhal Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.

You agree to cover claims, losses and costs arising from content you provide or from your business's use of messaging tools in violation of law or these Terms.
11. Governing law
